John Manni
CEO & Owner

John Manni, CEO and owner of J. M. Adjustment Services, began his career in Automotive Financing and has over 20 years of experience as a Finance Manager and later a General Manager.

As a finance expert, he realized a need in the industry for professional field services capable of rapidly communicating with customers and delivering timely and accurate reports back to finance specialists. John recognized that direct customer contact is the single most important factor in reducing delinquency and mitigating losses due to default. To satisfy this industry need, he founded J. M. Adjustment Services.

Started in 1997 by John Manni with his wife Kathy, the company quickly grew from a local, to a regional and then to a nation-wide service provider. Today, J. M. Adjustment Services is supported by a staff of over 8,000 company-trained field agents across the United States. All along, John has kept the company committed to its core values of service and reliability and has built an industry-wide reputation of excellence. John continues to take an active role as CEO, and under his leadership, J. M. Adjustment Services has shown continual growth and improvement.



Steve Champney
COO

Steve has joined the JM Adjustment team as COO after 25 years of managing some of the biggest default servicing operations in the country, overseeing all aspects of the business for companies like Chase, WAMU, Advanta and Bank One. Steve has managed portfolios in excess of 4MM customers and organizations of greater than 2,500 employees.

Steve’s experience around technology infrastructure, controls, reporting and operational excellence allows J.M. Adjustment Services to provide our clients with a product offering that is second to none.



Information Technology Staff


Our Information Technology team has over 50 combined years of technology experience and has education and training ranging from Masters in Database and Application Administration, Development, Design to Business Administration, Data Processing degrees and certificates.

To provide impenetrable securities and increase our Client’s experience and response rate, our IT team continues their efforts in staying on top of the rapidly changing technologies.

Our IT team provides 24x7/365 support to over 140 Clients, with multiple communication methods and user interface support for over 8,000 end users.
